The base of these pans is Impact-bonded for even heat distribution and NO 'hot-spots'. Handles are stainless steel and silicone for comfort, the silicone is slip free with a safety grip and stays cool on stove top upto 180 degrees centigrade 350 degrees farnheit and gas mark 4.
